Would work out cheaper if you want the extra features and only need to control 1 PC. I use the Fog Cree Copilot myself. It's cool because all you have to do is to send your grandma a file via email and take over her computer immediately. The downside is that you pay per minute of use (unless you have an unlimited account) but trust me, it's faster than walking the user through menus on the phone :-) Cool service!
